assumes absolutely no liability in any way for the content or completeness of
said template nor any liability for the suitability of its use in applications
or scrutiny under judicial review of another legal system. Additionally, no
liability is assumed for its defined application or completeness for same. The
templates have been prepared with the best of knowledge available from a
variety of legal systems. They do require review and proofing by a legal
professional in any case before they are used for a specific matter. The
Foundation cannot be held responsible for any claims due to damages claimed as
a result of improper usage of their content.
The defined contractual relationship between the
I.R.E.N.E. Foundation and the purchaser is governed by Luxembourg
substantive law. Place of performance is the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Products sent by
traditional surface post and not by electronic means are sent at the risk of
the purchaser. Unless
another jurisdiction is defined out of necessity of controlling law, the courts
of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg have jurisdiction to resolve all matters and
disputes arising between the I.R.E.N.E. Foundation and its Customers.
